STARIZ.PK Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: May 2026. This page explains the rules, responsibilities, billing terms, domain renewal rules, resource limits, email usage limits and prohibited activities for customers using STARIZ.PK hosting, domain, VPS, email and related services.

1. Agreement & Scope of Services

This Acceptable Use Policy and hosting terms apply to all services provided by STARIZ.PK, including shared hosting, WordPress hosting, VPS hosting, business email, domain registration, CDN services, website development, ecommerce support, reseller services and related technical services.

By purchasing or using any STARIZ.PK service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this policy. Failure to follow these terms may result in warning, suspension, termination, content removal or refusal of future services.

These terms are designed to protect all customers using our shared infrastructure and to keep our hosting, email and domain services stable, secure and reliable.

2. Use at Your Own Risk & Indemnification

You agree to use STARIZ.PK services at your own risk. STARIZ.PK is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of your account, insecure scripts, weak passwords, third-party software, outdated plugins, malware, domain expiry, data loss, service interruption or issues outside our direct control.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold STARIZ.PK, its staff, suppliers and service partners harmless from any claims, losses, damages, costs or legal expenses caused by your website, products, content, services, scripts, email activity or account usage.

STARIZ.PK may remove or disable any hosted material that violates copyright, third-party rights, server security, applicable laws, this policy or our service terms.

3. Age Restriction & Third-Party Use

Our services are intended for customers who are 18 years of age or older. If you use our services on behalf of another person, business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that party to these terms.

4. Contact Information & Verification

You are responsible for keeping your billing, domain and hosting contact information accurate and updated at all times. Your account email address should be active and should preferably be different from the domain hosted with us, so we can contact you if your domain or hosting is not working.

STARIZ.PK may verify your identity through phone, email, WhatsApp or by requesting official identification where required. Providing false, incomplete or misleading contact information may result in account suspension or termination.

STARIZ.PK is not responsible for domain expiry, service suspension or data loss caused by outdated contact information or missed renewal notifications.

5. Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity performed through your hosting, cPanel, email, FTP, domain, billing and client-area accounts.

  • Use strong passwords for cPanel, email, FTP, CMS admin panels and databases.
  • Keep WordPress, themes, plugins, scripts and CMS software updated.
  • Set secure file and folder permissions.
  • Do not share account credentials with unauthorized persons.
  • Immediately inform STARIZ.PK if your account, website or email is compromised.

If a weak password, insecure script or compromised website affects server security, STARIZ.PK may suspend or restrict the account until the issue is resolved.

6. Invoice, Billing & Payment Terms

All services are billed in advance. It is your responsibility to keep payment information updated and to pay invoices before the due date.

  • Billing cycles may be monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually depending on the service.
  • Payments may be made through supported methods such as bank transfer, IBFT, debit card, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Payoneer or cryptocurrency where available.
  • Cryptocurrency payments are generally non-refundable, but account credit may be considered in certain cases.
  • We do not activate new services for customers with unpaid invoices or outstanding balances.
  • Late payment may result in suspension, termination or additional recovery charges.

STARIZ.PK may change prices, packages, currency conversion rates or renewal fees at any time. Payments in Pakistani Rupees may be affected by foreign exchange rate changes.

7. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests for hosting services must be submitted within 7 days of initial signup and are reviewed case by case. Depending on the situation, STARIZ.PK may issue no refund, partial refund, full refund or account credit.

  • Only the first invoice may be eligible for refund unless stated otherwise.
  • Domain registration, domain renewal and domain transfer fees are non-refundable once processed.
  • Digital products, software licenses, activation keys, themes and plugins are non-refundable after delivery.
  • Accounts suspended due to spam, abuse, malware, phishing, illegal activity or policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

8. Domain & Hosting Registration / Renewal

Domain and hosting registration or renewal is processed only after payment is received. Customers are responsible for renewing services before expiry.

Hosting Renewal After Expiry

If hosting expires and more than 30 days pass, additional recovery or backup restoration charges may apply. Backup availability is not guaranteed, and data restoration depends on available backups and account condition.

Domain Renewal Before Expiry

To avoid redemption, deletion or auction charges, renew your domain before the expiry date. STARIZ.PK may send reminders by email or WhatsApp, but the final responsibility for renewal remains with the customer.

Domain Renewal After Expiry

  • Grace Period: After expiry, many domains enter a grace period during which the website may stop resolving. Renewal may still be possible at the standard renewal rate, depending on the registry.
  • Redemption Period: If the domain is not renewed during the grace period, it may enter redemption. Restoring a domain during redemption usually requires a high restoration fee set by the registry, in addition to the normal renewal fee.
  • Pending Delete / Auction: If the domain is still not renewed, it may move to pending delete and later become available for public registration or auction. STARIZ.PK is not responsible if an expired domain is purchased by another party or becomes expensive to recover.

9. Hosting Plan Upgrade & Downgrade

If you upgrade your hosting plan, you will normally be billed only for the difference between your current plan and the upgraded plan. Your current service expiry date usually remains unchanged.

Downgrading is generally not supported. If you need a lower plan, we recommend purchasing the lower-tier package separately and migrating your data if required.

10. Taxes & Government Charges

Service prices may not include applicable sales tax, service tax, withholding tax, revenue tax or other government charges unless clearly stated. Any applicable taxes are the customer’s responsibility and may be shown separately on invoices.

11. Uptime, Maintenance & DDoS

STARIZ.PK aims to maintain a target uptime of 99.9% for eligible hosting services.

Service credit may be reviewed when the uptime target is not met, but credits may not apply to downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, server reboots, hardware replacement, third-party failure, customer-side issues, DDoS attacks, null-routing or events beyond our direct control.

Our network may include DDoS protection; however, no hosting provider can guarantee protection against every size or type of attack. Large attacks may result in temporary null-routing or service restrictions to protect the network.

12. Default 404 Error Page

If you do not configure a custom 404 error page, STARIZ.PK or the server may display a default error page for missing URLs. You may replace or customize the 404 page from your website or hosting control panel.

13. Third-Party Services & Resold Products

Some services, software, licenses, hardware, control panels, CDN, cloud infrastructure, domain registry services or applications may be provided by third-party providers. STARIZ.PK is not responsible for manufacturer defects, supplier outages, third-party policy changes, licensing changes, pricing changes or limitations imposed by those providers.

You agree to use resold products only according to their applicable license terms and not to copy, reverse engineer, resell, export or misuse such products in violation of law or license terms.

14. Data Center & Service Migration

STARIZ.PK may migrate accounts, websites or services from one server, data center or infrastructure provider to another for technical, security, performance, policy or legal reasons. Where practical, we will try to minimize downtime during migrations.

15. Resource Usage & Account Suspension

Shared hosting is a shared environment. To protect all customers, accounts must not use excessive CPU, RAM, I/O, database, inode, email or network resources.

  • Continuous overuse may result in account limits, temporary suspension or termination.
  • Accounts using 25% or more CPU or memory resources for more than 60 seconds may be suspended or limited.
  • Heavy scripts, inefficient plugins, bad bots, cron jobs, large imports or abusive database queries may be restricted.
  • Customers with high resource needs should upgrade to VPS, dedicated or higher-tier hosting.

16. Disk Space Abuse & Unlimited Hosting Fair Use

Hosting disk space must be used for active website files, databases and emails related to your hosting account. It must not be used as personal cloud storage, backup storage, video archive, file dump or unrelated data storage.

  • At least 90% of hosted files should be linked to active website content.
  • Accounts containing no active website, large numbers of unlinked files or videos over 30MB may be reviewed, cleaned, limited or suspended.
  • Unlimited hosting and bandwidth are subject to fair use limits based on server stability, account activity, inode usage, and package type.

17. Backups, JetBackup & Data Loss

You are responsible for maintaining your own local backups of websites, databases, emails and important files. STARIZ.PK is not responsible for data loss.

Where available, daily cPanel backups may be generated and rotated for up to 30 days using JetBackup or similar backup systems. Customers may restore website files, databases or emails from available backup points inside cPanel where the feature is enabled.

  • Backup availability is provided as a courtesy and is not guaranteed.
  • Accounts using more than 50GB storage or more than 500,000 inodes may be excluded from backup systems.
  • Backup restoration depends on backup availability, account condition and server status.
  • Separate data recovery or backup restoration services may carry additional charges.
  • Customers should always maintain their own off-site backups.

18. cPanel, Webmail or Website Not Opening Due to IP Block

If there are multiple invalid login attempts to cPanel, webmail, FTP, email or other services, the server firewall may block the visitor’s IP address. When this happens, the website, cPanel and webmail may appear unavailable only from that blocked IP, while the services continue to work normally from other networks.

If this happens, contact STARIZ.PK through WhatsApp at +92 333 3098070 and share your current public IP address so we can check and unblock it if appropriate.

19. Email Issues on Shared Hosting

Shared hosting email is suitable for normal business communication, but it has technical limitations because many customers share the same server mail system.

If many emails are sent at once, the server may queue outgoing emails and send them one by one. This may cause delays or temporary delivery errors.

Example error: “Domain example.com has exceeded the maximum deferrals and failures per hour allowed. Message discarded.”
  • Shared hosting accounts may have a maximum hourly email limit of 100 emails unless otherwise stated.
  • Queued emails must wait for their turn to be delivered.
  • Incorrect Outlook settings, full recipient mailboxes or recipient-side rejection can cause repeated failures.
  • Shared hosting accounts may have a total email storage limit, commonly up to 50GB across all mailboxes depending on the plan.
  • VPS and dedicated servers can be configured with different email limits depending on server reputation and setup.

For professional and high-volume email usage, we recommend Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or a dedicated business email solution instead of relying only on shared hosting email.

20. Spam, Scripts & Email Sending Limits

Spam is strictly prohibited. Customers may not send unsolicited commercial email, use purchased lists, operate open relays, spoof email headers or send bulk email without permission from recipients.

  • Email scripts should stay within the account’s allowed hourly email limit and send emails gradually.
  • Scripts should send emails in intervals of at least 7 to 10 seconds to reduce server load.
  • Consistent violation of script email limits may result in suspension.
  • Accounts generating spam complaints may be suspended or terminated immediately.
  • If a compromised website sends spam, email sending may be temporarily blocked until the issue is fixed.

Spam reports should be sent with complete details to stariz.pk@gmail.com or through WhatsApp support.

21. Technical Support Boundaries

STARIZ.PK provides support for server-side and hosting-related issues within our area of expertise, such as hosting account access, server configuration, DNS guidance, email service basics, cPanel issues and service availability.

Unless separately agreed, we are not responsible for fixing:

  • Website design or coding issues.
  • Third-party plugin, theme, CMS or script errors.
  • Custom application debugging.
  • Compatibility issues caused by third-party software.
  • Client-side email app problems such as Outlook or phone configuration issues.
  • Addon-domain website errors not caused by the server.

22. Addon Domain Responsibility

Customers are responsible for managing addon domains in their hosting accounts, including website files, databases, email accounts, DNS settings, CMS installations and associated configurations.

STARIZ.PK may assist with server-related addon-domain issues, but primary responsibility for troubleshooting website code, CMS configuration, plugins, themes and third-party application errors remains with the customer.

23. Domain / Hosting Ownership Transfer

To transfer domain or hosting ownership, STARIZ.PK requires formal authorization from the current registrant or account owner. The request must be sent from the registered email address and must clearly state the name, email and details of the new individual or company receiving ownership.

For security reasons, transfer requests made from unverified phone numbers, unknown emails or unauthorized persons may be refused.

24. Lawful Use Only

You may use STARIZ.PK services only for lawful purposes. Storing, transmitting or displaying information that violates applicable laws, especially the laws of Pakistan, is prohibited. We may suspend or terminate services that expose STARIZ.PK to legal risk or threaten our ability to provide services to other customers.

25. Prohibited Content & Activities

You may not use STARIZ.PK services to host, promote, transmit, link to or support any illegal, harmful, abusive or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

  • Malware, viruses, shells, backdoors, botnets or malicious code.
  • Phishing pages, credential harvesting or identity theft.
  • Disclosure of private or sensitive information about others.
  • Illegal drugs, controlled substances or prescription medication sales without valid authorization.
  • Gambling content where prohibited by applicable law or provider policy.
  • Pornographic or potentially pornographic content.
  • FOREX scams, E-gold exchange scams, Ponzi schemes, MLM/pyramid schemes, HYIP or fraudulent investment platforms.
  • Websites intended to deceive the public or impersonate another company, bank, service or person.
  • Anonymous proxy services, abusive VPN services or traffic tunneling intended for misuse.
  • Copyright infringement, warez, pirated software, unauthorized movies, music, books, photographs or paid digital content.
  • Money laundering or financial fraud.
  • Content that promotes hatred, racism, sexism, sectarian division or violence.
  • Content that is unlawful, religiously offensive, politically inciting or prohibited under applicable Pakistani law.
  • Weapons or ammunition sales where prohibited by law.
  • Counterfeit goods, scam stores or fraudulent ecommerce activity.

26. Unauthorized System Access & Network Abuse

You may not use STARIZ.PK services to access, scan, attack or interfere with any system, server or network without permission.

  • Port scanning, vulnerability scanning or probing networks without authorization.
  • Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
  • Intercepting, monitoring or collecting data without permission.
  • Running abusive file-sharing services.
  • Running IRC bots or software that interfaces with IRC networks where it creates abuse risk.
  • Using bots, scrapers, spiders, click-spam tools, macros or automation to abuse websites, servers or networks.
  • Attempting to bypass security controls, authentication systems or rate limits.

27. Enforcement

STARIZ.PK reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take action without prior notice where needed to protect customers, infrastructure, network reputation or legal compliance.

  • Warning or request for correction.
  • Temporary suspension of website, email, cPanel or full account.
  • Removal or disabling of violating content.
  • Permanent termination of services.
  • Refusal of future services.
  • Reporting to domain registrars, upstream providers, payment providers or law enforcement where required.

STARIZ.PK shall be the sole judge of what violates this policy when urgent action is required for server security, legal compliance or network protection.

28. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

STARIZ.PK is not liable for system downtime, crashes, data loss, domain loss, profit loss, business interruption, email delivery issues, search ranking loss, third-party service issues or indirect damages.

Some services are resold or depend on third-party providers. STARIZ.PK is not responsible for issues caused by upstream providers, registrars, software vendors, control panels, data centers, network providers or other third parties.

STARIZ.PK may revise policies, packages, pricing and service rules at any time without prior notice.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of STARIZ.PK services after any policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

29. Report Abuse

If you notice spam, phishing, malware, copyright abuse or other misuse involving STARIZ.PK services, please report it with full details.
