By using STARIZ.PK services, placing an order, contacting support, or accessing any service provided by STARIZ.PK, you agree to follow these Terms of Service.

• Domain Registration and renewal assistance

• Website development and maintenance
• Software licensing and digital solutions

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for keeping their login details, control panel access, email accounts, domain credentials and billing information secure.

• Use strong passwords and update them regularly.
• Keep website scripts, themes and plugins updated.
• Do not share account credentials with unauthorized users.
• Maintain your own copy of important website and email data.

Payments and Renewals

Services are usually billed in advance. Failure to pay renewal invoices on time may result in suspension, late fees, data removal or service termination.

• Domain and hosting renewals should be paid before expiry.
• Prices may change due to provider, registry or currency changes.
• Some services may require setup fees or third-party license fees.

Domain Services

Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are controlled by domain registries and registrar rules. Once a domain is successfully registered or renewed, it usually cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Prohibited Usage

Customers must not use STARIZ.PK services for harmful, abusive or illegal activity.

• Spam, phishing, malware or fraud
• Copyright infringement or unauthorized file sharing
• Illegal content or network abuse
• Resource abuse affecting other customers
• Attempts to attack, scan or exploit systems

Suspension and Termination

STARIZ.PK may suspend or terminate services if an account violates these terms, creates security risks, abuses server resources, sends spam, hosts malware or fails to pay invoices.

Backups

We may provide backup options depending on the service plan, but customers are always responsible for keeping their own backups of important files, databases and emails.

Limitation of Liability

STARIZ.PK is not responsible for indirect losses, business interruption, data loss, third-party service failure, search engine ranking changes, email delivery issues or damages caused by customer-side misconfiguration.

Changes to Terms

STARIZ.PK may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
