Refund Policy

This policy explains refund conditions for hosting, domains, VPS, business email, website development and digital products.

General Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased, delivery status, third-party provider rules and whether work has already started.

Please contact STARIZ.PK as early as possible if you have any issue with an order or service.

Hosting Services

Shared hosting, WordPress hosting, reseller hosting, VPS hosting and business email hosting may be reviewed for refund requests within 7 days of initial purchase.

  • Renewals are generally non-refundable.
  • Setup fees, migration fees and third-party license fees may be non-refundable.
  • Accounts suspended for abuse or policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

Domain Names

Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are non-refundable once processed successfully because domain registries and registrars do not normally reverse completed registrations.

VPS and Server Services

VPS, cloud server and dedicated server services may include provider charges, setup fees, location fees, control panel licenses or operating system fees. These charges may be non-refundable once activated.

Business Email Services

Self-hosted business email services may be reviewed for refund within the eligible period if the service cannot be delivered. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and other third-party email licenses follow provider policies and may be non-refundable after activation.

Website Development

Website development, customization, design and maintenance payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, files have been delivered, design work has been prepared or development time has been spent.

Digital Products and Software

Digital products, software licenses, activation keys, themes, plugins, downloadable files and setup links are non-refundable after delivery.

If a delivered key or file does not work, STARIZ.PK may provide support, replacement or a working solution depending on the product warranty.

Service Delivery Issues

If a paid service cannot be delivered by STARIZ.PK, the customer may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are normally processed using the original payment method where possible. Refund processing time may vary depending on bank, wallet, payment gateway or manual transfer method.
